There may be perfectly rational reasons not to employ a cross-dressing man. Practical workplace complications, bathroom use, likely mental health issues, not wishing to participate in someone else’s psychodrama, things of that kind. A fear of him becoming pregnant is not, I’d suggest, one of them.

Among which, the “multicultural playgroup” in Sydney that’s all about “diversity” and “celebrating difference,” and which therefore turns away four-year-olds and their mothers for being “too white.” And where parents of suspicious pallor are promptly interrogated by staff on their “cultural background.”
And we mustn’t forget the implausible sorrows of Ms Cindy Prior, an administrator at the Queensland University of Technology, who invoked the “trauma” of sweating when politely questioned by students about the need for racially segregated computer labs.
Ms Prior, a woman of aboriginal descent, saw fit to seek damages of $250,000 from the students in court, where she claimed to have suffered “psychiatric injury” as a result of this enquiry. What with all the sweating. Ms Prior told the court that, such was her distress, she was “unable to continue working face-to-face with white people.” Ms Prior also objected to being “found ridiculous.”
Happily, her vexatious legal action, directed at three students, two staff members and the university itself, was not successful. It remains unclear whether anyone at the university belatedly realised that a job entailing the denial of access to computer resources on the basis of race – specifically, being white – might attract racists with personality disorders.

With progressive assumptions so often leading to contradiction and absurdity, you’d think some reflection might be in order.

Well, indeed. They’re not racist, you see, they just exclude white people and their children, based on their race, after interrogating them about whether their “cultural background” is sufficiently “diverse.”
If you poke through the subsequent comments, you’ll see other bewildering contradictions among members of Sydney’s ostentatiously progressive population.
For instance, the claim that the playgroup is intended to enable parents to “build networks” with other parents and thereby overcome loneliness and feeling excluded, while simultaneously excluding the majority population and while denying minority parents a chance to become proficient in English.
I mean, you’d think that enabling interaction with the, as it were, natives might be helpful in such cases. A way to feel connected, to feel a sense of being welcome. Likewise, practising English with native speakers would seem pretty useful. Say, by chatting while your kids play.
But no. Can’t have that.

Not that it did them any good, but these were progressively socialized young men. One of them sued for saying “stopping segregation with segregation”, another for saying “I wonder where the white supremacist computer lab is”. Both of them accepting the leftist antiwhite framing that the peoples of the world were only one undiscriminating people before the demon white man introduced the principle of distinguishing us from them on the basis of ancestry The framing of white racism as the prototypical racism and that off other races as merely reflective, that it’s understandable that racialized nonwhites react by seeking their own group advocacy and exclusive territories, but it’s unfortunate that they’re taking the bad example of the white demons instead of working for the United Colors of Benetton that they’re supposed to really desire.
“I wonder where the white supremacist computer lab is”: you could wonder, or you could wonder about the ongoing chances of a Napoleonic invasion, but it would be more realistic to open a university directory and count the number of advocacy organizations, for every race except whites, accredited, funded, and allowed to claim areas of the campus as their own spaces. And then you could wonder that given so many concrete comparisons, well socialized whites will bring up imaginary comparisons.
Does being dragged through legal process as punishment for remarking that nonwhites aren’t living up to antiracist ideals eventually knock it into the heads of these young white men that nonwhites don’t come into white spaces to lose their group identity and be merged, but to keep on being who they are and doing what they’re doing and have whites fund it.
“white culture”: if by culture they mean drumming and ancestor worship, then no, whites have no culture. But culture also includes waiting in line, offering a seat on the bus to pregnant/elderly, not stealing, voting, teaching your kids to read and teaching manners. In this sense, whites have an excellent culture, one compatible with civilization.
In Zimbabwe they drove out the white farmers and now they are starving and begging them to come back. South Africa is heading for anarchy and loss of electricity and train travel. Tribal culture is incompatible with civilization.

As I’ve said before, treating all white people as members of a monolithic social and political bloc is not going to end well for these racial shit-disturbers.

Some ten years ago, a FOAF on social media posted an unhinged screed about the song “Shut Up and Dance” by 80’s revival band Walk The Moon. Said screed focused on the lack of consent in the narrative, since the male singer was forcing the female subject to dance with him against her will, rape fantasy, etc., etc.
When I pointed out that 1) he had interpreted the song exactly backwards and 2) the events of the song happened pretty much exactly as described to the lead singer, who was very much a willing participant, the aforementioned spiteful mutant became even more hysterical and doubled down on the consent narrative. Somehow.
As Mark Steyn once opined, “Jesus Christ, is there anything Generation Snowflake can’t ruin?”
The problem isn’t with ‘theft’, or ‘appropriation’, or the latest fashionable term, but with doing so much more with it.
Repeatedly stabbing someone does invite a presumption of intent.

Welcome to my world. I’ve been saying for years that the more an organization boasts of being “welcoming” and “inclusive”, the more hostile and exclusive it will actually turn out to be. In the past, it was usually the result of a sort of self-satisfied omertá (they think they’re open to everyone because the people they aren’t open to know to keep their mouths shut), but these days it’s coming out into the open.

Genes, chromosomes, and internal organs are different for male and female humans; a black female human and a white female human will have the same chromosomes, genes, and internal organs. But blackness (a result of gene expression – phenotype) is sacred and can never be transed.
Sal Grover, as I presume our gracious host is aware, has been involved in a long-running legal dispute over the the legal protections for biological women. You can find the details online, but the upshot is, in Australian law, biological women- *actual* women – are not recognised as a legal category that can be discriminated against. It’s absurd!

The cases are simple. Either the employer mistakes a trans for a real woman of childbearing likelihood and discriminates against them for fear of their becoming pregnant; or the employer correctly identifies a trans, might have been willing to put up with that, but is spooked when the trans starts talking about having babies.
The antidiscrimination bureaucrats understand perfectly well but they can’t be seen to understand. Enumerating the cases is itself an act of discrimination and an acceptance that people do discriminate all the time and often with good reason.
Women and “Women” must be accommodated in all ways! Its a “planetary emergency” because of MEN!
