OJ Simpson and black paranoia: There is evidence that black juries find white defendants guilty much more than black ones…and yet the incarceration rate is STILL higher for blacks. Go figure.
The paranoia causes some self-fulfilling outcomes. Many blacks confronted by cops make a minor infraction into a felony by attacking the cops. They are convinced they can’t win so they don’t try in school. They have an attitude at work that gets them fired or makes them unpromotable. They figure, “why not rob someone, I can’t win anyway” then go to jail.

Not one for video rants but this one is worth listening to if you are curious as to the professionalism at our smaller schools. This is specific to this guy’s alma mater HBCU but the frustration resonates with similar things I have heard from the smaller, even non-HBCU’s.

BTW…a modest proposal…Universities should be required to have a policy that students weight cannot exceed their SAT score. Or maybe make it a requirement for government backed student loans.

I can’t remember who first posed this idea, but it has a lot of explanatory power.
Folks on the left are not moved by accusations of hypocrisy. For them, this kind of inconsistency is a power play, a flex, a way of asserting dominance. It’s telling the right, we can do this but you can’t.
So we get two-tier policing, we get Hillary and Bill Clinton openly flouting the laws that would land other mere mortals in prison. We get J6ers behind bars, but BLM and Minnesota rioters released the same day by left-wing judges.
The effect, I think, is demoralization. The hopeless shaking of the head is the point. It all feels so drearily Soviet.
