They do seem to think they’re in charge of who may travel where, which laws may be enforced, or indeed broken, and which election results can be ignored.

That sure looks like a clear violation of 18 U.S.C. § 241, “Conspiracy against rights.” Specifically, those road blocks constitute an unlawful detention which is a violation of the 4th amendment. Maybe the DHS ought to send a team to arrest those participating in this insurgent cosplay. I’m sure that their lawyers will be happy to explain the issues involved in ignoring the US Supreme Court’s decision in United States v. Martinez-Fuerte (1976).
