Just another day in the West Wing of the Biden Whitehouse.
‘She ran off with 30 pigs’: man trends in China after revealing live-in girlfriend of 4 years disappeared with livestock while he was in hospital

Is that an example of polyamory being preferable to monogamy?
At least the bees look fresh.
That was very satisfying.
Hair crisis.
If that happened to me I would never know about it
Morning, all.
Yes, it’s pretty much the ideal, what should happen every time. And the “thank you, sir” was the icing on the cake. A sort of manners restored moment.
Snort.
There’s a joke in there somewhere.
It reminded me of the activist and Guardian contributor Osman Faruqi, who saw screengrabs of Guardian articles that were being mocked on Twitter, and which he assumed must be fake. Parodies, in fact.
Needless to say, they were all quite real.
“And finally, via Mark, the volume control interfaces you’ve always dreamed of.“
I kind of warm to no 2, it’s like playing ‘Angry Birds’!
I’ve now seen them several times and I still keep chuckling.

“People who live in large bodies,” he says.
Like a really big house?
Heh. It brought to mind the scene from Total Recall, in which Arnold emerges from the ‘big woman’ suit.
Or maybe he means that fat people are actually tiny homunculi, rather like The Numskulls in the Beezer comic strip.

Oh hey, that’s a few stills from a Martina Hill Knallerfrau skit. The skits are in German but it doesn’t really matter because they’re almost entirely physical, anyway. Worth a binge on YouTube.
On always respecting the media…
I have questions…
Big brother got skills.
“All we want is mostly peaceful visibility!”
Racial oppression 2023, an influencer and blogger has to wait two minutes for her cookies.
Language caution on both.
Er, what?
Give them a mostly peaceful reply. Bird shot might be about right.
If you take the general background trashiness of ‘progressive’ students, a phenomenon we’ve seen here more times than I can count, and combine that with trans activism, a demographic prone to Cluster B personality disorders… the results will not be happy ones.
Snow: you can see how the rescuer struggled. Deep powder is dangerous.
The “arts” or is it the farts?
mostly peaceful visibility: The Left cannot convince the normals about their extreme policies and is thus pushing and pushing with mob tactics. Rioters just took over TN, KY and TX capitol buildings last week or two. Rioters outside Trump arraignment. Shut down of meeting about rights of women in islamic countries because one speaker said a woman is a woman. Shoutdown at Stanford. and on and on.
Some retinal damage may occur.
No refunds. Credit note only.
A solution to rampant obesity?
Er, what?
Oh My God It’s Friday Again Already So Soon
pagbag: those progs who rail about capitalism really should learn about poor countries….oh, wait, they blame that on capitalism too. Idiots.
I have that reaction almost every time the Ephemera materialize.
They key point:
Marion County is (was?) a quiet, peaceful area. Horse country. My parents retired there. It’s where the famous (infamous?) The Villages is located. My father worked for a short time as a volunteer bailiff in the Marion County courthouse. This is how far we have fallen as a society due to a complete breakdown in the concept of simple self-discipline.. Pathetic.

Enjoyed the Apollo 12 documentary. Thanks, barkeep.
The “really big glitch” seconds after launching is quite something. If you’re interested in the Apollo missions, the whole series is worth a peek.
The progressive dining experience, part… well, one of many.
Apparently, the feral entity was miffed that the eaterie wouldn’t stay open beyond its usual closing time to accommodate his order.

Parents enroll their daughters in organized sports for the wholesome healthy lifestyle, long-term focus on college scholarships, timetabled constructive practice instead of hanging around in the mall flicking their hair at boys, smart and conscientious older girls as role models…
The Mail as usual can be relied on to fill in the Depressing Stereotype Checklist that other outlets soft-pedal.

Global Warming Climate ChangeClimate Histrionics™, more home runs.No explanation as to why there hasn’t always been more homers in summer games vs. spring and fall games, or why southern fields don’t have more than northern ones.
Stated differently, an increase of 0.36 or “not much”. Of course batters getting better could have nothing to do with it.
Is there anything PhD candidates don’t know?
In lighter news.
Indeed. Here is another example:
Three teens murdered in rural Marion County Florida by three other teens.
The Daily Mail reports the usual depressing truth about who these unnamed “teen” killers are, with mugshots.
See, it’s shiite like this that absolutely pisses me tf off. While Marion county is rather quiet, over the years meth and similar wigger and gangsta thug wannabe kinds of crimes (mostly by whites) were creeping in. I didn’t fully read the details of the article except what I had quoted because the wife had described most of it to me and I had skimmed down to the sheriff’s comments as she mentioned them. I just asked her if she knew the race of the “suspects”. She was surprised, and yet not so, when I told her. A pic of one of the victims was not at all flattering and looked rather thuggish for a white girl. And that was Faux News. Apparently the sheriff is taking some flak now.
I haven’t seen “wigger” used lately. Out of fashion, and deplored by “woke” people?
Perhaps the sheriff forgot the 72 Hour Rule: Initial reports are often wrong, so it’s best to not say much until you’re certain of the facts.
“A pic of one of the victims was not at all flattering and looked rather thuggish for a white girl”.
Ever since Trayvon pics of young killers frequently show them to be smiling angelic choirboys. In this instance the mugshots in the Mail article are considerably less sympathetic. Will the rest of the media follow their lead though?
Lighter news: that happened to my friend but it was his African gray parrot screaming because it wanted attention. Cops came, insisted on seeing his wife because the parrot would not scream on cue. Wife was sunbathing and woke up surrounded by cops.
Home runs: have you ever seen pics of baseball players from 80 yrs ago? Not in very good shape. Also, bats have improved. Also, nonsense.
[ Starts work on sure-fire, can’t-fail film script. ]
“If you’re interested in the Apollo missions, the whole series is worth a peek.“
I’ve really been enjoying the Apple TV series ‘For All Mankind’. It’s currently the best thing on there.
Brilliant!:
Also brilliant!:
(People are trying to tell me the latter isn’t a Titania McGrath-style parody – even while recognising the true depth of human stupidity will never be sounded, I refuse to believe that.)
Happy ending.
