Hey, I’m bringing you the wonders of the world.
And just think. Custard Cream biscuits, but in paste form. On toast.
The progressive public transit experience, part one million and one.
“Is it them, Yogi?”
The progressive public transit experience, part one million and two.
The progressive public transit experience, part one million and three.
Question asked.
Israelis: we call for an end to this cycle of violence and urge both parties to move forward with a two state solution.
The essay collection includes “The Talk: Nonblack Version”. Of course.
John Derbyshire and Scott Adams, vindicated yet again.
Conforming to stereotype, in defiance of Blank Slate cultists:
I want to go back to this claim that whites have no culture: We have so little culture that in Japan and China they play our orchestrals and put on Shakespeare and in Africa they have country music bands. So little culture that world architecture is from us. So little culture that we dominate the movies. So little culture that we dominate rock music on the radio. So little culture that most of the world follows our fashion, from suit and tie to paris fashion week. It comes down to fish don’t know they swim in water. People don’t know where the culture they live in comes from. Fucking idiots.
Counter-suggestion: (1) These are people of little or no accomplishment who are shamed by how much we have created. (2) These are leftists and racists who use this lie as one more cudgel to demoralize us.
Some years ago I was in a room with a famous comic book writer/artist who had just released possibly the most Tarzanilicious[1] graphic novel about a white person going to Japan and discovering that they have supernatural powers and are going to Save Japan From The Oni or some such garbage.
He went off on a tear about how much religion and spirituality was infused into everyday Japanese culture and how we didn’t have that in the West. In the middle of his maundering I faked a very loud sneeze.
Pompous Nippophile: Bless you
Me: I’m sorry, what was that?
Pompous Nippophile: I said bless y…
Me: Really.

Speaking of vindictive filicide cases, one of the worst was related to Susan Powell, a woman with two boys who vanished in Dec 2009. She was working at the same Wells Fargo call center where I was, on the same huge open floor, but she was in a different department, so I didn’t know her.
She vanished, allegedly while the father took his two toddler boys on a “camping trip” during a snowstorm.
After it became evident that the father was strongly suspected of murdering her, the boys were given to their maternal grandparents, with the father granted supervised visits.
So as the social worker brought the kids to their father’s house, the kids ran inside and the social worker got locked out. She smelled gas inside and called 911. Then the father lit a match and the house exploded, killing him and the kids. Go to the above link to read more awful stuff about the father’s family.
Oh, her body has never been found. An acquaintance of mine speculated that he dumped her down an abandoned mine shaft, of which there are many in the desert west of Salt Lake City.
OTOH, this recent one is becoming a good contender for the worst: A Utah man separated from his Cluster B wife in 2019, she absconded with the kids to upstate NY to live with her mother, and she’d kept them from seeing their dad for six years.
Finally, they were going to stay with him from July 1 to September 1, and on Jun 23 he learned that they’d all been poisoned by their grandmother, expressly to keep them away from their dad (mom and grandma died, too).
To compound the disaster, CPS had been investigating the home and found ample evidence that the mother was doing a Munchausen’s by proxy number on them. In a sane world, the kids would have been returned to their father permanently, post haste, but we all know the world is not sane.
I find it helps to entertain the possibility of a deranged and unquenchable tribal resentment, or whatever the hell this is:
And just because white children have for generations been taught to disdain racial tribalism as the worst possible thing, that doesn’t mean that others have absorbed the same sentiments.
And I’m just going to leave these here.
As a reminder of where we are.
The first comment: “Nothing says women’s group like a man mansplaining”
Now do Men in Sheds.
Figure it out yourself, ladies.
From further down that rabbit hole, it left him giddy with adrenaline.
{ have never had one but they sound delightful. A jar of custard cream seems to be an invitation to a wanton bit of gluttony, much as if I were to be left alone with a big bowl of cannoli filling and a spoon.
Good thing we don’t judge.

Why is this guy even in the US?
The article doesn’t mention what country the guy is originally from.
Cook, cook, cook, cook, cook.
Guatemala.
Children in the rest of the world are taught to embrace racial tribalism. Likewise ethnic and religious tribalism. As we all know.
It is a (common) mistake to think that the ability to tell an entertaining story has anything to do with knowledge and wisdom.
The verisimilitude of Roger Zelazny’s descriptions of Athens [in “…and Call Me Conrad”] were noted by a writer who had lived there for a while, but Roger had never visited and based his descriptions on what he had read.
Ms Leung’s page is now private. I wonder why.
If I were tyrant, she would long ago have been denaturalized and deported.
In related news, the political editor of the Spectator doesn’t know, or is pretending not to know, that English is an ethnicity.
The term Angle kin comes to mind.
Needless to say, Mr Shipman, educated at Cambridge, is being corrected quite vigorously in his replies.
So many publications seem determined to make the ending of a subscription prescient.
Even that idiot Jack Straw recognised the English as a race.
Wonder when ‘pronoun psychosis‘ gets into the DSM.
As recent events demonstrate, that’s not the flex it appears.
I wonder if our statusfully educated Mr Shipman, who is paid to opine with authority on the issues of these islands, will pause to reflect on how it is he didn’t know such a basic fact about them.
The horse learning to sing is more likely.
It strikes me as an odd thing for an educated fellow in Mr Shipman’s line of work to somehow not know. Given its relevance to many ongoing debates, including those featured in the pages of the Spectator.
The progressive public transit experience, part one million and four.
A sane society would lock her up for the rest of her life.
You rang?
Why pay for storage?
Not everything needs the Lubyanka Method, even California has prison farms, that and road gangs can pay for themselves and get needed road work done.
How does this compare to you your day, David?
Thirsty?
Actual conversation, five minutes ago:
No snorkelling or lobsters.
This. And yet these fictional stories, very few of which have stood the test of time, are taken as truth, reality, even history.
Yet. You are saving up for a proper lair of evil, aren’t you?
