These protesters have pitched a tent on private property over a city issue, and the owners called them in for trespassing. Having now seen many, many police bodycam videos, I can say with some certainty that I would not have a fraction of the patience.

What to do about grossly obese people? I have been in this sort of situation: I agreed to pick up somebody’s friend, but that friend turned out to be too obese for the car’s seat belts, and if we’d been in an accident and that friend had been injured, I would have been liable.

Like the authorities said before, Muldoon, immigrants are needed for the GDP, esp in light of declining birth rates among citizens. Now this fellow has done more than his part for raising economic activity, between the illegal truck driving, expenditures on police, emergency services, prison staff, not to mention the dozen plus funerals; but given the loss of economic activity owing to the (tragic, btw) deaths of – what was it? 16? – Canadians, surely you can see that this case only *strengthens* the argument for continuing and indeed increasing immigration?
