The hissing and spitting is, I think, telling.
Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy reference.
She’s playing the warp core.
Palate cleanser – and so the 2026 season begins for my Smoky Mountain Marriage Proposals with Nbr. 201. Congratulations, you crazy kids!
Today’s word is recoil.
Discourse was attempted.
ICE: just heard some friends talking. They truly believe the media lies, that ICE is doing warrantless searches, that citizens can be arrested, brutality, the whole MSM lie package. Propaganda works.
How to catch a human.
Immigrants: indeed, I have several friends who worked in China and they knew the gov would kick them out at some point, and it did. Why is this surprising?
When the word correct is doing heavy lifting.
A project for the weekend.
Oh my. Are you not entertained?
OH MY GOD, THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH THE ATOMIC REACTOR.
[ Continues watching Thunderbirds. ]
Today’s word is recoil.
I was wincing in anticipation of a negligent discharge into the side of his face.
He should thank his lucky stars and never handle firearms again.
You think that because you are uneducated. You have not been instructed in Keynesian economics. 50 years ago even the “conservative” Richard Nixon said, “We are all Keynesians now”. What these women are doing is creating work, thus…jobs. See? Even my AP History teacher 45 years ago understood this. Get with the program.
If this is real, the videos are going to be lit, as the kids say.
Propaganda & control of the means of communication.
What does it say about our long-term prospects of survival that it was so easy?
Indeed I am not.
Most California thing ever: spending 3/4 of your fire prevention budget complying with regulations to ensure you are not damaging endangered plants etc only for them all to be obliterated in the wildfire you failed to prevent.
Even very smart people can do very stupid things.
If this is real, the videos are going to be lit, as the kids say.
It’s too much like a movie scene to believe in without further evidence.
There are two recent films – Bushwick (2017) and Civil War (2024) – celebrating coalitions of freaks, geeks, girls, and undocumenteds defeating neo-confederates, both films with gleeful depictions of whites cringing as they’re cornered and killed by non-whites. Similar to the scene in that tweet, but from the other side.
In Bushwick, a captured boy solider from Kentucky says that Brooklyn was expected to present no resistance because it’s inhabited by soyboys and foreigners. The film’s message is diversity is their strength. Our side would say that resentment is their strength, common resentment against normal whites, or even that hate is their strength, common hate against whites. But not to be underestimated in their determination and ruthlessness.
Propaganda works, as does its absence.
Squirrel!

There’s been jokes and references made here about Buc-cees – and now it’s made it into the Daily Mail. US Edition, granted, but still. (Seen at Insty).
Laughed, not sorry.
Bonus points.
Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy reference.
Ok, just don’t mention the war.
Given the history of the CoE, I’ll back the guys with the buckles on their hats.
I recently discovered Stingray on Canadian Prime, and was not disappointed by the very first episode:
“One of our subs is missing!”
“That’s it. We’ll have to bomb the ocean.”
“…sir?”
“Bomb the ocean. That’s an order.”
“…like, all of it? That’s an awful lot of-”
“Bomb. The. Ocean.”
“I’m not sure that’s really going to help, is it? I mean, bombs don’t really penetrate very far, even if we use the nukes-”
“BOMB. THE. OCEAN.”
Shhh. Listen and learn. She’s a teacher.
References, yes, the jokes only from those poor saps unfortunate to live in one of the uncivilized places that doesn’t have at least one.
Who will step up and do their part?
.
@pst314 What fresh Hell is that?
I’m guessing Michigan, not Norway.
Hell, Michigan.
It’ll be as good as fresh once it thaws out.
Also Hell. It’s certainly full of demons:
From 2022, but still in the spirit of the current moment. Notice the content of the insults: “Nobody knows who you are, nobody cares if you will die alone.”
An appeal to the narcissist’s greatest fear: lack of popularity or recognition.
Such projection is telling indeed.
It should be in a textbook.
She wants to tell you about her manhood.
Any appearance of mental illness is entirely coincidental.
As I said recently, after watching an old episode of Thunderbirds, Lady Penelope is pleasingly ruthless. She pursues a wrongdoer down the motorway and, making use of FAB 1’s machine guns, blasts him off the road, sending him shooting down a cliff to his (presumed) doom. This was not a one-off. She does like her machine guns.
None of this let’s-all-talk-about-our-feelings nonsense.
And a few years ago, when watching the 2015 CG remake, Thunderbirds Are Go, what caught my eye was how Lady P’s agreeably no-nonsense approach had been very much toned down.
THE EYES.
It’s always the eyes.
True. But ignore the ears at your peril. Low ears theory.
Rather like professors in “Studies” departments.
From the comments:
Pronouns are ‘they/them’ but chromosomes are ‘X/X’.
Recent Scientific American had a 2 page interview with Fauci. As if he wasn’t criminally complicit in CAUSING the pandemic by funding gain of function research in China using laundering to hide the $ and then lying about it. FFS you can’t make this shit up.
Fox just showed March for Life and a notable thing is how nice all the people looked. None of this raggedy clown world stuff. Refreshing.
Currently Chicago -8F coldest in 7 years–the last one 7 yrs ago our furnace died right during -20F temps. Fun.
Racism, obviously.
Bummer!
Hope you have a fireplace to generate at least some warmth.
Get some heat trace for your most vulnerable pipes!
Is your furnace very near its expected end of life? It’s a dilemma: Save money by replacing it only when it fails, versus replace it when it looks like it’s near its end of life but might still give several years service.
Foghorn? Is that you?
Imagine coming out of a coma and that is the first thing you see. Of course all the nurses, especially the white ones, insist that it’s not a problem. From the comments:
Yes. Yes, that’s the conclusion a rational person would take. And health professionals look at me like there’s something wrong with me for telling them, only as an explanation as to why my BP might be high, that they make me uncomfortable.
