The Bullet Holes Were A Clue
Lifted from the comments, a bedlamite drama in three parts:

“Do you get off by, like, picking up people?” asks the woman who gets off on shooting random people’s cars. “Some people,” she adds, “probably think I’m a hero.” Oh, and madam only attempted to flee because she “had to go to the bathroom.”
Update, via Mr Muldoon in the comments:
A longer video, complete with home security footage of the shooting.
Readers will, I suspect, register the indignant lady’s questionable firearms proficiency.
We have, of course, poked at this particular madness before:
It’s not just the conceit that vandalising some random person’s car is a thing one should do as a good person, as an act of righteousness. Bewildering as that is. It’s the idea of doing that to a make of car that’s famed for its ability to record anything that approaches. Which suggests a level of emotional dysregulation, of total impulse control failure, that’s quite hard to relate to.
As so often, one feels obliged to say, “You know this isn’t how well-adjusted adults generally behave, right?”
And that’s before we get to the whole finger-digging-faeces-out-of-your-arse-in-broad-daylight-and-smearing-it-on-some-random-stranger’s-car thing. Lest we forget that glorious feat of radicalism.
We’re letting mad people teach kids. This will not end well.
And in animated sitcom resurrection news
Looking forward to it.
Well, I think one has to ask an obvious question. In order to see the world as Dr Stabler does, or claims to, and in order to mouth the things he mouths, despite all evidence to the contrary, just how wretched and perverse, how fundamentally broken, would a person have to be? What kind of ludicrous, contemptible cartoon would you have to become?
But that’s what “equity” does. That’s what it is.
Bad medicine.
I don’t think we saw the entire run. Just caught a few years in the middle. But I recall it being gently entertaining.
Yes, I bring arts news.
In April, [Kate Nash] appeared on BBC Woman’s Hour to talk about her OnlyFans account, which she set up last year to “inspire young people.” The account mostly sells pictures of her backside.
Is that all it takes to make money off of Only Fans? Y’know, I have to ask, why am I not creating a beautiful creature in AI and making some scratch off of OF?
This week she released her new song, GERM, and while it’s not completely clear from the lyrics, this appears to stand for Girl Exclusionary Regressive Misogynist. In other words, she’s calling women who are concerned about cross-dressing men in women’s spaces, ‘germs’, instead of ‘terfs’.
Damn it, does this mean I need to now buy a new t-shirt after I already ordered my “Zionist MAGA TERF” one?

I’m quite convinced that it’s fake. Mango Park obviously doesn’t exist. Other minor flaws as well. What I find especially annoying is how well this is done and acted. The flaws are only apparent in hindsight and after catching that slight glimpse of the city name on the police car. The other videos produced by this company are much more obviously fake and I now recognize a couple that I had seen before and dismissed. Something more sinister that isn’t right here. Who’s funding this?
In other observations…not a big fan of Sara Hoyt per se and much of the rest of this article is kinda meh, but damn glad someone else has mentioned this now, and pretty much in the same timeframe from the other side of the country:
Mango Park obviously doesn’t exist.
It does, just not as a city with their own rozzers, though there is an HOA...
“Don’t waste your tears on the peonies…”
Destroying a botanical garden will show those Zionist colonizer nazis.
I’m guessing the people responsible haven’t quite grasped what it tells the rest of us about the kind of people they are. And the kinds of activities they choose and enjoy.
As noted previously,
And among self-styled activists, screwing over others does seem to be the go-to approach, the activity of choice, regardless of its ineffectiveness, and in which recreational malice is fig-leaved as piety.
Why, it’s almost as if they were just awful fucking people.
Peasant 2: So if she weighs as much as a duck she is made of wood.
Belvedere: And therefore?
Peasants: A transphobe!
Sex-tape rabbit hole.
That is all.
It’s hard to know where to start, really. I mean, whose pretending to be something that they aren’t counts as more important than some other person’s pretending to be something that they aren’t? Whose fantasy world should triumph? Does pretending one thing now mean all pretences, of any kind, must be observed and deferred to?
Well, yes. And there’s a park and there’s a commercial zone, etc. in various places…but nothing incorporated that would have its own police force. Which is the point.
OMG! Easements! Obviously communists.
We have been doing so for quite some time now. Decades in some instances. We may be in the midst of that ending, or perhaps mercifully beginning to address and avoid it.
…but nothing incorporated that would have its own police force.
There is an echo in here.
A reverberation.
Oh no, a new EO:
It is just like Hitler and Stalin!
Given the way it has been going, one hopes so.
That was a very strange blog outage.
“You can’t have nice things until we get our way.”
So righteous.
Flower vandals, BTW, need to be drawn and quartered.
The hosting service’s maintenance team were doing an audit and locked down the front end instead of the staging site. They hit the wrong button, basically.
You can imagine the apologies.
It’s the fact that they seem oblivious to the obvious reading of their motives, their basic spite. Albeit wrapped in a drag of political piety.
It reminded me of the childhood garden anecdote from the update to this.
Thus:
Pathological, malevolent liar.
What should change is the idea that we must tolerate leftists.
Almost everything asserted in that Guardian article is either untrue or perverse or spiteful or just bogglingly stupid. As when Dr Matthews, our Urban Studies lecturer, can’t be arsed to read the report he cites as supporting evidence and which actually makes the opposite point, albeit reluctantly and by omission.
I mean, the departure from reality and all available evidence, even common sense, is quite something.
Yet not at all uncommon, at least at the Guardian.
The Guardian does serve one useful function: “I am a loyal Guardian reader” is enough to tell you someone is evil and stupid.
And that’s before we get to the comments by Guardian readers, whose gleeful vindictiveness is hard to miss.
Again, awful fucking people.
Well, if I were in search of displays of unearned resentment and exultant spite, one of the first places I’d look is the Guardian. As when the paper’s chronically unhappy Michele Hanson once again struggled with facts and logic, before wishing fear and misery on people about whom she knows nothing at all beyond the amenities of their home.
One example of many, as the archives illustrate.
Re the post linked above, in the comments Joan added, not unreasonably, “What a nasty cow.” Which makes me wonder how so many Guardian commenters could read Ms Hanson’s outpourings and not register something similar. And maybe even extrapolate accordingly.
The nasty-cow-like properties are, after all, right there. Shining in the sunlight.
Mango Park: affluent neighborhoods sometimes have their own security force even if not incorporated.
Equity: if you drive around a suburb, having no idea that the inhabitants spent years in school and worked hard to develop high level skills, you might get the impression that money just falls from the sky on white people. And of course money does fall from the sky on the ghetto (aid, drug money, medicaid), so it seems logical. But it is wrong. But wrong or not, if fuels resentment.
They shine and stink like a rotting fish.
And of course these ghetto rats are in the ghetto because they haven’t developed any skills to speak of. And they lack technical skills because they lack social skills–conscientiousness, honesty, dependability, deferral of gratification in favor of long term goals, etc. In fact, contempt for those virtues and for education are not exactly rare in the ghetto.
Yes. Yes. That’s it.

Had to quit about 1/3 of the way through – there’s only so much shiite I can wade through.

Get some red construction paper, cut out a circle with a slash through it, and pin it to your t-shirt over the “Zionist MAGA TERF” slogan as needed.
He, or she, with the most delusions wins?
“And when we get our way you won’t need them.”
“It’s their culture and you have to respect that.”
I believe Thomas Sowell, in his autobiographical writings, discussed his interactions with black administrators and teachers/professors at black-majority schools and colleges who disgusted him as useless drones who refused to hold students and professors to high standards.
Not sure what a Mango private police force has to do with The Piano Guys merging Vivaldi and Frozen (no complaints here), so I’ll just pivot to an ethereal piece by The Piano Guys and the MoTabs, plus an impressive a capella tour de force by Vocal Point.
[Warning: Religious music. Oh no!]
Let it go…
