He said you call people to help you move, 5 show up but if you ask a redneck, only one comes because that’s all you need. He goes on about rednecks are never “just hanging around” because they are always busy, have tools in their truck. It was hilarious because you thought he was going to dis them, and it is the opposite.
Josh Pray? He’s great. But I can only take him in doses. One out of every five or ten of his videos. Seems like a genuine good guy anyway.
“The names of both individuals and entities as well as crypto wallets have been shared by the RCMP with financial institutions and accounts have been frozen and more accounts will be frozen.”
No court order, no actual crime (except insufficient fealty to Trudeau) and no word on how long these will be “frozen” and if they will be returned to account holders.
Wondering if the Biden handlers are busy trying to figure out some way to repeat that here. Operation Choke Point 2.0. (I’m reposting … posted first in wrong thread. Oops.)

Answer: Shut up, TERF.
Did I say “by the hour”? Looks like Berlin before the wall came down in 1989.
It has already been nicknamed Checkpoint Trudeau.
“The secured area includes almost 100 checkpoints that will have police presence to ensure that those seeking entry to that secure area for a unlawful reason, such as joining a protest, cannot enter the downtown core,” acting Ottawa Police Chief Steve Bell said Thursday.
Canada’s capital, operating under the Emergencies Act, now has ‘no go zones” similar to a police state. Authorities set up checkpoints with armed police officers in downtown Ottawa on Thursday — from Highway 417 (Queensway) to Parliament Hill, where dozens of trucks have been parked for three weeks.
To get through the Berlin Wall under communism, people had to go through entry points known as Checkpoint Alpha, Checkpoint Bravo and, of course, Checkpoint Charlie. Now to get into through Ottawa’s police manned border points, people must produce papers to prove they live in the area or have a reason to be there.

the drop off in black patents per million is noteworthy
Is it though?
In 1900 the U.S. population was around 80 million. The proportion of blacks in 1900 was around 10%.
So the 1900 fall from 0.6 to 0.13 patents per million blacks represents a drop from 5 total patents to 1 patent in what looks like a year.
Hardly noteworthy. Even before you add in her deliberate (or incompetent) mis-representation of the data.

In terms of scale, it’s not unlike if, say, a fifth of the population suddenly said it was gay. You might think something odd were happening.
But they’re not gay. They’re LGBTQ+.

OK, another slight deception. I didn’t see those decimal points and thought the scale on the right was 2, 4, 6, 8… I was taught that when presenting scientific data you ALWAYS precede the decimal point with a zero to prevent this very sort of confusion. Was I miseducated? That definitely makes it a lesser point but still odd that the variation drops off decisively and stays there. Plus given the misrepresentation of the data, it would not surprise me that the data itself was massaged.

Calling Jan 6 protest an insurrection (of unarmed goofs who took selfies and then left) was an excuse to put barbed wire and National Guard around the capitol for 9 months, to turn the capitol police into Pelosi’s secret police (watching all members of congress for example), and to once again harass Trump. Over 700 people have been arrested even though no more than 50 entered the capitol. Some were held in solitary confinement for a year.
