Their Interest In Children Is Not Benign
Because of my race, I can eat at a fancy restaurant without the wait staff expecting me to steal the silverware.
The psychological abuse of children by leftist educators continues:
The video of the 14-year-old student’s slam poem at his school has gone viral in the midst of heated national discussions regarding race and privilege. Performed at a slam poetry competition in May at The Paideia School in Atlanta, Royce Mann’s winning poem offers a reflection on the privilege he feels he has been automatically awarded as a result of his being white and male… Royce said that he knew about white and male privilege for most of his life, but never knew how prevalent it was in society until he attended a class called “Race, Class and Gender” that opened his eyes.
Because when a credulous 14-year-old is encouraged to declare that all white males are “scared of what it would be like if… I didn’t have my white boy privilege safety blankie,” this is now an aesthetic and political triumph. And when that same child says, “It is embarrassing that we still live in a world in which we judge another person’s character by… the colour of their skin,” while judging millions of people by the colour of their skin, and doing it proudly, this is something to applaud as both brave and insightful. Behold the makings of a morally corrected citizen.
The poem in question can be heard in full below:

Aha. The plot thins.
Oooh, good one . . . .
Evergreen:

Most of what that map shows is “where people are afraid to be thought racist.” Indians appear to find racism unremarkable. Brazilians and Colombians have so much mixed blood there’s no such thing as “another race.”
Oooh, good one . . . .
Stole it from M*A*S*H; Hawkeye said it when Frank entered the room, once.
Indians appear to find racism unremarkable.
Either that, or “race” was mistranslated as “caste”.
For those who missed it first time round, this seems apposite:
As so often, you have to marvel at the arrogance.
Royce will have to something about that surname too if he’s serious about taking on loads of unearned guilt.
Royce Mann is a child actor, his parents are an actor and actress, his brother is an actor. Aside from his having been steeped in moonbattery from birth, this whole thing is way too staged not to have been a publicity stunt.
The kid has no chance. No more chance than a kid in a rough council scheme with a parent/parents who have no desire to see them better themselves.
Tragic.
That child’s drivel is not poetry in either form or content. Any school that encourages pupils to think otherwise is deliberately dumbing down – probably in the cause of anti-elitism or something.
Incidentally, we received a Christmas card with a similar ‘poem’ written by the sender’s 12 year old son at his school. It began: “Refugees, come here to Britain, all of you are welcome…”. And it didn’t get any better. His mother was evidently very proud of his indoctrination.
Meanwhile, in fashion news…
The only plausible reason for a white person to wear an outfit like that is that she, he or it wants to get laid. It’s probably the only way to accomplish that objective in this case.
Related: it would be handy to have a short abbreviated word for “she, he or it”, maybe between three and five letters. Suggestions?
The kid is a professional actor and model for Pete’s sake; he’s been indoctrinated at birth by his family and cohort.
Oftimes denizens of a Facebook group I belong to will ask some variation on, “Why did everything turn to shit?” My answer is always, always, always because “progressives” have controlled education top to bottom for the last 50 years.
