I suppose the problem with ‘juice packs’ is much like that of protective cases in general. Lots of people spend a small fortune to get a slim, lightweight and pleasingly contoured phone. Something ergonomic and which feels good in the hand. To then bury the thing in a relatively thick and heavy – and less attractive – rubber case rather defeats the object. Aesthetically, at least.

No I tend to use the big external battery usb models, not the verions that wrap the phone.
Just leave it in a pocket till I hammer the battery (I tether though vast amounts on 4G RDP not what you were thinking lol).
