And some light bedtime reading.
Curious how her video was 95% herself and only fleeting glimpses of the stalkers.
My precious!
Interactive duckpond, into which you can throw peas.
ok that was fun.
Elon Musk’s superpower is that he fucking listens to people.
Cocaine in Coca-Cola, Lithium in 7-Up. What an Age of Wonders!
(Grokipedia and Wikipedia disagree on whether it really contained lithium.)
Well, no history that the police know of. But it’s amazing how many chimps are always on the verge of chimping out.
Cultural enrichment, food truck division.
There should be a John Cleese version.
“Not to my knowledge.”

Cool, now I know the German word for ‘bro’, ans all I can remember of my O lelel german is the word for ‘Squirrel’
Ouch.
Morning, all.
I question the practicality.

Technically, the question she was answering was if she was related to him. Which itself seems like a setup.
It’s more charming than it should be. And it has a real-time pea counter.
So there’s that.
We shouldn’t have to live like this.
Indeed. And yet here we are. And what would, not too long ago, have been considered an outlandish aberration is now pretty much a staple of local news.
The gang, aged 16-21, were also carrying hammers, apparently. With which to articulate their vibrancy.
“drinking out of an enamel cup on a chain, shared with the entire public”
Amazing it didn’t catch on.
I suppose what’s dismaying is the idea that, for some, this may seem normal, just how things are. The idea that there are young people who may not comprehend the scale of the degradation that has occurred, needlessly, perversely, over a very short period of time.
It calls to mind the Star Trek episode, Yesterday’s Enterprise, in which the timeline is altered and the situation quite suddenly becomes dystopian, a world of conflict and decline, with only Guinan being aware that something has changed, very much for the worse.
Attention, all white men. He finds you embarrassing.
Don’t tell him what we think of him. That would be just too cruel.
It is literally impossible that this did not exist.
Windy scenes.
This explains this¹.

We know who to look at when Santa bombs Saskatchewan.
It’s almost a stroll.
Mash-ups gone mad.
‘Prignorant’ is good.
Maybe it’s all blather to buck himself up: He’s written quite a lot about his history of depression. (I, too, would be depressed if I were a leftist.)
Boy Scouts (used to be able to) march better. Scary that something so fundamental and relatively simple cannot be consistently executed. But of course marching, especially in unison, is fascism, so there’s that mental hurdle to overcome.
Let it not be said that we can’t do every bit as badly.
Just a bit of a lark!

Indigenous ways of marching?
Not to be left out …
I seem to have spent a lot of time lately seeing videos of real life and feeling obliged to ask Grok to check that they aren’t in fact AI parodies.
“Computer, end programme.”
How long before the robots decide the humans are an unnecessary obstacle?
One for you, barkeep.
I don’t know if this is accurate, but it is funny.

From the comments: “Finally, Can’t wait to see Carrie go up against Jean grey”
No consequences will be had.
Still can’t quite believe they were banging on about patriarchy in a story with no patriarchy, only obnoxious women.
Share the risk.
Question asked, question answered*, both home and away.
One for the wish list.

A new musical!
Santa’s star destroyers orbit Bespin.
“Llueve a cántaros” = jugs?
I guess that tracks. The image is that of water pouring from an earthen vessel.

The windy scene was sad rather than funny to me. As a single women living alone with chronic illness, way too many projects and efforts to do things by myself have been exercises in futility because they require another set of hands. I’ve even had the tarp vs wind scene while neighbors sniggered from the balcony.
