Is it worse than Knights of Bloodsteel? Because I’m not sure that’s possible.

My Retinae were burned by catching a glimpse of SS Doomtrooper.
What is it with Sci Fi Channel wasting millions on abysmal movies when they could have made a few more episodes of Battlestar Galactica? Speaking of BSG, why didn’t it ever have re-runs? They showed the episodes once, and maybe again as some sort of marathon. Shouldn’t they have been running the show every week during the off-season so that new viewers could catch up?
I’m convinced the suits in charge of Sci Fi are actively trying to fail. That channel used to be acceptable, and then they pissed it all away with worthless shite. Do we see Star Trek re-runs? Quality Sci-Fi films such as Blade Runner? Farscape? Hell No. We get Flash Gordon remake and Knights of Bloodsteel. Ugh. I’m going to be sick.

Candice,
I’ve seen the claim that ‘no-one ever lost by underestimating their audience’. That is a pretty depressing thought, although it does explain quite a lot.

Sharks on a plane! 😀
That’s *Deborah* Gibson. She’s a serious actress now. Is this thing on general release?
Sadly, it’s a straight-to-DVD jobbie. If you really can’t resist, you can buy it next week.

Hey, I don’t care what the rest of you think, it is great to have a new Ingmar Bergman film after such a long wait.
“It rises…” LOL
Oh, fantastic! You can’t say the title doesn’t describe exactly what you get. I doubt audiences for ‘Angels and Demons’ will be able to say that…
Looks like an average Sci-Fi channel production…which almost automatically means it’s awful beyond comprehension.
