You could have ‘big head’ parties. Everyone turns up as themselves -only bigger.
Oh, I like that idea. And it’s an excellent way to alarm small children and people with very poor eyesight. “This? Oh, it’s nothing. Just an accident at work.”
Shouldn’t there be a photo of his real head size just so we know he’s not cheating?

Though now I can’t help thinking it looks a bit… small.
Maybe it’s body dysmorphia. That’s the size he thinks his head should be.
